About orders

Q. I haven't received an order confirmation email.

A. Immediately after placing your order, it will be automatically sent to the email address you registered.

Q. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

A. As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations or changes after an order has been confirmed.

About Shipping

Q: When will it be shipped?

A. Normally, items will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed .

Pre-ordered items will be shipped at the time stated on the product page.

Q. How much is the shipping fee?

A. Shipping costs are 700 yen nationwide.

However, shipping to Okinawa Prefecture costs 1,300 yen.

Free shipping for purchases of 15,000 yen or more

Q. Can I ship overseas?

Yes, Charlotte féerie offers international shipping.

Q. How much is shipping for overseas orders?

For international shipping, a flat shipping fee of 4,200 yen will be charged regardless of the purchase amount.

Q. Who is the delivery company?

A. We use Yamato Transport, Japan Post, etc. We cannot accept requests for specific delivery companies.

A. We have adjusted the photos to be as close to the actual product as possible, but the appearance may vary depending on the lighting and the device you are using.

Returns and Exchanges

Q. If the size doesn't fit, can I exchange it?

A. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size or product image.


Q. There was a defect in the product.

A. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will deal with your inquiry as soon as possible.
